If you're listing a workspace (the "Property") with us for management services, you confirm that you’ve got permission
from your client (the "Landlord") to market it. You also guarantee that anything you upload (the "Content") follows
copyright rules. If there's an issue, you take responsibility and will cover any losses we face because of it
2. Viewing with sub800
When accepting a viewing with sub800 you are agreeing to (and will ensure the Landlord also agrees) not to deal
with any potential tenants ("Prospects") we’ve introduced directly or indirectly—this includes through brokers or other
third parties. If a Prospect or their representative contacts you directly, you must turn them away and let us know
immediately.
If the Landlord, you, or anyone connected to you helps a Prospect rent the Property without using our services, you’ll
owe us a fee of 10% of the annual rent for that Property.
3. Terms Eligibility
These terms apply any time you accept a sub800 viewing after the date the Terms and Conditions were published.
4. Changes to these Terms
We may update these terms from time to time and will publish any changes on our website.
